Administering Medicine Forms
If your child has a temporary infection or illness and a doctor has prescribed medicine to be administered 4 times a day or more. Please fill in the Administration of Medicine form and the medicine/cream/drops etc in to the front office, in a named bag. One of our specially trained TA’s will administer the dosage as prescribed.
If your child has a long term condition or chronic illness we will need to have a detailed care plan in the Academy.
