School Clubs

Due to the ongoing Covid pandemic, the school is not currently offering extra-curricular clubs.

Club and activities

Breakfast Club

 

Our Breakfast Club runs from 8.00am – 8.45am with a full breakfast and activities for the children. £2 payable daily. (Min Payment £4). THIS WILL BE A LIMITED SERVICE ONLY -

Lions After School Club

 

THIS WILL BE A LIMITED SERVICE ONLY – PLEASE ONLY BOOK IF A SPACE IS ESSENTIAL – PLEASE CONTACT THE OFFICE TO BOOK

 

The Lions Club runs from 3.10pm – 4.30pm with a wide range of activities including board games, arts & crafts and sport. A light snack is also provided. All enquiries, please ring the office. Various fees apply. We offer a pay as you go or weekly in advance service.(Minimum payment is £10.00 via the App)

After School Clubs

 

AFTER SCHOOL CLUBS AND HOLIDAY CLUBS ARE SUSPENDED UNTIL AT LEAST TERM 4 DUE TO COVID

 

We normally run up to 20 clubs after school each week. The timetable for these is sent out via the Gateway App and email. Clubs run by school staff are free (apart from film club).
Clubs include;

 

  • Football (fee Charged)
  • Athletics
  • Cross Country
  • Dance
  • Film Club
  • Sewing Club
  • Forest School Club
  • Gardening Club (run by parents)
  • Girls Football
  • Kick Boxing (fee charged)
  • Karate (fee charged)
  • Golf (fee charged)
  • Book Club
  • Choir

 

Please note Academy Football is run by representatives of Hastings AC from the EGG project

 

All outside agencies charge a fee and this must be paid either to them or via Gateway/App before your child attends the 1st session. The only exception is Karate whom are happy to take payment on a pay as you go basis.

 

Outside Agency places are made live continuously.

 

Clubs run by members of staff are oversubscribed and therefore when the timetable is emailed to parents we announce a live date and time to give everyone equal opportunity to book.


If you fail to register in time you may add your child to the waiting list and if no place becomes available you may be offered priority booking the following term if the club continues.

 

All clubs are 3.20pm 4.20pm unless stated otherwise.

 

When collecting, please wait outside office area and the club leader/teacher will bring the children out to you.

 

If you have a place but do not attend for 2 weeks or more, you will forfeit your place and it will be allocated to the next person on the waiting list.

 

Holiday Clubs

 

The school currently runs a holiday club in all school holidays. This is advertised in the school newsletter. The holiday club runs from 9am – 5.00pm and during this time the children will experience a variety of activities including, forest school, cooking, crafts and games.
